Need to switch devices?

You're in the right place!

This page lets you switch from one Palm OS device to another, or from one Windows Mobile device to another. (If you're switching from Palm OS to Windows Mobile, you'll need to buy Kinoma Play.)

Enter the email address you used to register your product(s) and then click Send. We'll send you an email (generally within 15 minutes) containing:

• A download link to the installer for the current version
• Instructions for activating the product on your new device

The email will be titled “Kinoma Deactivation Request”. If you don’t receive an email within an hour, check your spam folder in case the email was incorrectly classified as spam.

If you've changed your email address since you purchased your Kinoma products, let us know and we'll update your account.

Our policy allows you to switch between devices using the same operating system once every six months, no questions asked. If you need to switch more often than that because of special circumstances, let us know.
